On March 29th Dr. Anna Esselment moderated a panel on “#MeToo and Parliament” in Ottawa as part of the Canadian Study of Parliament Group seminar series. One of the panelists was former MLA and provincial cabinet minister (and also a former MP) Judy Wasylycia-Leis. Judy is also a PSCI Waterloo alumni, and credited her UW PSCI professors for opening her eyes to the importance of politics, of getting involved, and of making a difference in her community.
