Content & Scope
Other faculty appointments include adjunct, research, visiting, and special appointments as defined in Policy 76 – Faculty Appointments.
This records class excludes employee information required to administer pay, pension, and benefits, and information on individual employees maintained in the human resources management system.
The records include copies of letters of appointment/contracts, CVs and other application documents, performance reviews and related documentation where applicable, notices of awards, and related correspondence.
