Content & Scope
The card is completed initially by new employees of the University and of participating affiliated organizations. It provides a record of application to join or to defer joining the pension plan. The card is updated as long as the member and his/her beneficiary(ies) have an entitlement under the pension plan. The card provides a summary of a terminated member's plan records.
