Join us for this helpful workshop if you want to take back control of your life and use your time more productively. Student Advisor A.J. will show you some tools and strategies you can use to achieve a healthy balance between screen time and "real time". Snacks will be served!

Therapy Dogs

"Pet" your stress away by joining us for a therapeutic hour of interactive activity with sweet therapy dogs! It has been proven that spending time with dogs helps to enhance your mood, social skills, memory stimulation, and so much more! (And they're really cute!)
