Kuil
Schoneveld is
finishing
his
undergraduate
degree
and
will
be
pursuing
graduate
studies
in
the
Philosophy
of
Cognitive
Science
and
Technology.
He
has
joined
his
Bachelor
of
Knowledge
Integration
together
with
an
Honours
Philosophy
major
and
a
minor
in
Cognitive
Science.
He
has
spent
his
time
trying
to
understand
how
the
Philosophy
of
the
Mind
relates
to
developments
in
artificial
intelligence
and
how
both
disciplines
can
learn
from
one
another.
Last
year,
he
received
the
Faculty
of
Philosophy
Third
Year
Prize,
was
Highly
Commended
for
his
submission
to
the
Global
Undergraduate
Awards,
and
made
his
first
philosophy
publication
on
artificial
mental
representation
in
the
Journal
for
Integrative
Research
and
Reflection.
He
hopes
to
have
some
small
impact
on
the
trajectory
of
humankind
as
we
develop
technologies
that
will
shape
our
future.
