How is social media fueling the fight for gender equity as well as the fight against inclusion and integrity for all? In this workshop we will use real-life examples to understand how social media can manipulate us into an echo chamber and how that can change our way of thinking, for better and worse regarding our views of sexual violence.

We will unpack the many layers that led to today's celebrations/honour of PRIDE and talk about the power imbalance leading to having a PRIDE month. We will also attempt to finally put an end to the question, "BUT WHEN IS STRAIGHT PRIDE MONTH?"
