All UWSA members are invited to attend our 2025 Annual Meeting on October 23 at 9:30 a.m. We are offering a hybrid meeting again this year, on Teams and in Physics room 313.
On the agenda:
- Approving the minutes from last year's annual meeting and the March 2025 special meeting
- The treasurer's report and 2024–25 financial statements
- Election results (there are nine candidates for director – vote by October 20!)
- A report on highlights from this year—and plans for the year ahead
Registration & hybrid meeting details
- Register on Portal to add the event to your calendar with the meeting link and location details.
- Registration is appreciated to help us prepare, especially if you are attending in person. Drinks and a light breakfast will be provided for in-person attendees.
- All attendees who stay for the majority of the meeting will be eligible to enter the door prize draw for one of three $100 gift cards.
Voting with Vevox
All attendees will participate in Q&A and voting through Vevox. You can test signing into the Vevox session now, using your UW credentials. You should see a screen telling you that the UWSA 2025 Annual Meeting is due to start at 09:30, 23 October 2025.
Meeting documents
Annual meeting documents are available in the UWSA Member Knowledge Base hosted on the Confluence Platform. You will need to log in with your UW credentials. If you are not logged in, you will see an error page. Use the button in the top-right corner to log in.

- Reports from UWSA officers and committees, and your representatives on university committees
