Monthly Area Reps meetings are open to all staff and are a key venue for sharing information about current issues facing staff at Waterloo. The Area Reps Committee facilitates constructive communication between the UWSA Board of Directors, area reps, and all staff in general.

The May Equity Circle will be held on May 25 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. and the topic will be Performative versus Authentic Responses. All staff are welcome to attend.

Area Representatives are members from across the University who’ve signed up to liaise between the UWSA leadership and staff in a given department or area. They meet monthly to get updates from the UWSA president, raise issues from their department, and learn from guest speakers. These meetings are also open to all UW staff members!
