The UWSA is coordinating with Human Resources and the University’s EAP provider to offer small group sessions on September 12 and 27, to help members process the events of June 28 and any impacts on you and your work.

Ready to make a meaningful impact at UW? Consider running for the role of Staff Association president. Your voice can drive positive change, influence policies, and ensure that your colleagues' needs are heard and addressed. All members are eligible to be nominated for the role.

In this information session, you'll hear from the current UWSA president and president-elect about their experience in the role and have an opportunity to ask questions.

As a UWSA member, you are invited to attend this meeting, even if you are not a representative. The purpose of the Area Representatives committee is to exchange information about current issues facing staff at UW and to keep an open line of communication between the UWSA leadership and staff members across the University. 

You can be a driving force for positive change by running for the Staff Association Board of Directors. You can help guide the association's work ensuring that staff voices and interests are represented across our campuses.

In this information session, you'll hear from current UWSA directors about their experience in the role and have an opportunity to ask questions.

Registration is not required, but is appreciated. You can submit questions in advance when you register.

The October 2023 Area Representatives meeting is dedicated to showcasing the candidates for UWSA director in this year's election.

As a UWSA member, you are invited to attend this meeting, even if you are not a representative. The purpose of the Area Representatives committee is to exchange information about current issues facing staff at UW and to keep an open line of communication between the UWSA leadership and staff members across the University. 

All staff are invited to our first Games @ Lunch event! Drop in for a quick visit or stay for the full hour to meet some colleagues and have some fun!

Games, snacks, and refreshments will be available but staff are also welcome to bring their own. 

Registration is encouraged but not required.

All UWSA members are invited to attend our 2023 Annual Meeting. Please look for an email with a calendar file and Teams link sent October 5.
