Your Order:
All sales are final. Payment is processed on receipt of order, after which there are no cancellations or refunds. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check their ticket for the correct performance, day of the week and curtain time.
All ticket prices include 10% handling fee, HST (which the University remits), and a $1.50 Capital Investment Fund (CIF). Phone and online orders are subject to a per-ticket service charge.
In the event that a performance is cancelled or re-scheduled, a full refund or credit may be available, exclusive of any convenience fees.

Exchanges:
All tickets are exchangeable for another performance (subject to availability) up to and no later than the original performance date and time.
Tickets may be exchanged through the box office in person or by phone, 519 888-4908.
There is a $1.00 per-ticket fee for all exchanges up to $5.00.
Accessible and Special Seating:
Limited accessible seating is available at the Humanities Theatre, Theatre of the Arts, Studio 180. Please contact the box office,519 888-4908, to arrange for seating. For reserved seating performances, accessible seating must be arranged at the time of purchase and cannot be accommodated on the day of the performance.
Babes in Arms:
Children 12 months and younger may attend at no cost. Children over the age of 12 months require a paid ticket.
