WCMS 3 work:
- prevent downloading Bibtex files for references when logged out of an authentication-required site
- improve consistency of ordering and appearance of listing page filters between different listing pages
- add support for optionally displaying authorship on news items
- ensure profiles in an automatic listing block have the same height as when they are used in a manual listing block
- ensure links block styles with backgrounds have padding to prevent text from touching the edge of the background
- disable the Waterloo Photos integration, which has not worked since Waterloo Photos moved to the cloud
- ensure project content displays the correct titles for individual project members instead of all titles
- make OFIS profiles treat individual lines in the "scholarly" and "industrial" fields as paragraphs
- fix an internal warning message when using the automatic list block with references
- ensure placeholder text in form fields is consistent and displays in layout builder in all browsers
- determine what translations are missing from French/Chinese sites, in preparation for getting official translations done
- make it possible to not display authorship for blog posts, and add an optional field for the author's "position" information
- tweak some hover state appearances
- continue work on functionality from the WCMS 2 publication "theme"
- add new blog styling options in listing blocks
- add authorship info to user-editable taxonomy terms
- hold development review sessions
- work towards updating to Drupal 10
- start building the next feature release of WCMS 3 and prep for release
