WCMS 3 work:
- fix "edit media" in CKEditor
- fix sizing of extra-wide sections inside an expand/collapse block that has been placed in a full-width section
- add a way to delete files that are not associated with media items
- fix video size in OFIS profiles
- fix places on French/Chinese sites where we have translations, but they are not getting applied
- change default items in user-editable taxonomies to be the appropriate language on French/Chinese sites
- continue work on functionality from the WCMS 2 publication "theme"
- add authorship info to user-editable taxonomy terms
- document initial steps for AI-assisted development
- hold development review sessions
- start building the next feature release of WCMS 3 and prep for release
