WCMS 3 work:
- add proper theming for the content navigation block
- add "UW Yellow Level 2" to section background options
- add an option to start automatic listing blocks from a specific item number
- fix an issue where single name authors added while adding a reference would not display on the reference listing page
- refactor authenticated sites login to attempt to fix intermittent white screens/missing login option
- make layout builder block filtering work properly
- add an option to hide taxonomy terms on content types that display them
- fix an issue where viewing old revisions could display the page title both above and below a banner
- update SimpleSAML setup
- update the Shopify login page to work in WCMS 3
- get identified missing translations from vendor
- evaluate automated migration of the Waterloo News WCMS 2 site into WCMS 3
- add a field for a tagline (a short paragraph that complements the page title and introduces the content, but is not treated as a header) to all page-generating content types
- prevent scheduled publishing options from changing location on the profile editing form after using the autocomplete to synchronize with a contact
- continue work on functionality from the WCMS 2 publication "theme"
- add authorship info to user-editable taxonomy terms
- update selected contrib modules
- hold development review sessions
- prep the next feature release of WCMS 3 and start building the subsequent release
