WCMS 3 work:
- make catalog search blocks work as expected on the "latest version" tab
- ensure media type limits are enforced when cloning content
- ensure catalogs display the same in manual and automatic list blocks
- fix accessibility issue when "jump to" navigation is expanded

- add theming options for contact and profile listing blocks for appearances similar to WCMS 2 conference site designs
