Developing skills

Beyond specific studio skills, AE students develop additional know-how relevant to practical architectural engineering through core and elective courses, co-op, extracurricular activities, competitions, and more. This section introduces such skills gained through higher-value desk critiques, group interactions, and personal professional interests. Whether it is the use of simulation and computation methods, programming, videography, analogue and digital drawings, scale and section models, or management procedures, it is critical to obtain a solution to the problem at hand.
