      • Plant Ops Designer has returned the design plans with modifications; four different scenarios

    • Sociology faculty member using vacant ACO office into the winter term

    • help desk support first week of January

      • ​first couple of days in January, new coop students will be at training. Komal and Chris coming to help out but will need some ACO support to be present in the Helpdesk and/or forward phone calls to ACO line.

    • moving nxsartsapp (print server) to new vm host December 24th​

      • Reporting is not where we want
      • wnag: difference of opinion-what is a managed machine?
      • suggestion was made to add laptops to SCCM
    • Psychology
      • spending time on Psych RT’s trying to solve them and clean them up.
      • Psych had an issue with the SCCM task sequence deploying Office 2013 to their machines.  The problem was related to the existence of a D: drive.
