    • Set up Workdir share requested for FineArts 307.
  • Herbert

      • WCMS group needs to be informed if a faculty member with an Open Scholar site is leaving, so they can decommissioned in OpenScolar. Want to redirect or terminate WCMS site. Also need to be advised of userID or name changes so they can either associate the new id or migrate the site to the new id.
      • Mirko Vucicevich demonstrated Scinage, developed in Science, using Chromebox. Allows log in with credentials, programming and has various functions. May be of use for co-op projects.
    • Fixing some bugs in CALMS where wipe check boxes are not staying. Click refresh when box checked.
    • Meeting with Bill Eickmeier about Psychology’s psychmap and inventory system to determine any possible feature upgrades for CALMS. Their psychmap allows one to hover over a room to show equipment present.
  • Sean
    • Microsoft’s latest patch, kb4021558, is causing printing issues with Internet Explorer worldwide. Quest gives errors when printing transcripts and others are getting blank pages. Until Microsoft fixes, Firefox and Chrome work better, but are not ideal.

    • IST and Engineering working on read only domain controller issues. Only affecting Engineering currently.

    • ACO web page currently links to AHS’s pages regarding Skype for Business. This will be updated to IST’s page when ready. Need to determine what to announce to faculty and staff

    • Ceiling tiles in ML 101A are being watched for staining and water marks to determine if water issue has been resolved.
    • Loaned web cam to Janet Vaughan for Skype for Business.
    • Lab staff salaries have not been changed for some time. Increase to be done at beginning of term to be more in line with minimum wage.
    • Established sick day policy for Lab staff.
    • There is a sudden increase in numbers in the Spanish labs resulting from pairing of English language learners with Spanish language learners.
