- Renison support - David Annable has left Renison and we have offered them IT support until a replacement is hired. Sean did a scan of their network and I've sent them my opinion of what issues they should focus on first.
- IST has turned off TLS 1.0 on Mailservices and that has effected the scan to email on the AltaLink models of the Xerox copiers. We have at least 5 Altalink copiers in Arts (3 B8045 & 2 C8045). I'm not sure if both models are effected, but we may want to test the copier in PoliSci, Philosophy and Sociology (Sociology may have upgraded).
- The certs for artsonline and econserv have been updated.
- CTSC report:
- The network group is looking into better ways of supporting visitors on our wireless network.
