      • all 27 systems have arrived; 1 (imaged) deployed to AUO, 4 (non-imaged) to Psychology
    • Inventory Sweep
      • ACO, ML labs have been done; starting in departments
    • Ordering equipment
      • for departments:
        -Economics (dept. laptop + new staff), Philosophy (2 for grad lab), printer for RDC
        ​-printer order for 4 to come (English) and 2 computers (Stratford), ML lab

    • Project—status for assets and adding model
    • Waterloo inbox issues
      • 3 people in the last week have come in with the issue
        -advised them to switch from Nexus to Squirrel Mail
        -ACO doesn't have a fix--send userids to Ray White in Engineering

    • Met with Will Coleman from (PSCI) yesterday and just showed him how to use the podium computer to play his dvd.
    • Setting up shared mailbox for Kayla McKinnon and Michelle O'Farell (ECON), thanks to Sean for providing info on how to set it up.
    • Assisted Sorouja Moll (DRAMA) in installing Jing, screencasting software.
    • Advising coops on their project
    • Finalizing new feature for OFAS

    • working on Arts research database for Jennifer and Angela; using rails

      -Discussion re: billing for updated software or ACO's time to troubleshoot old software

    • The projector systems that SAF were hoping to use has turned out to be less cost-effective as originally understood.
