    • space updates: PAS 2081, HH 280
      • PAS 2081 (ACO space)-job has gone to tender 
      • HH 280 (Finance Lab) -working with SAF and Plant Operations on final design
        -it is expected to have 55 to 60 work stations
    • CTSC updates: infrastructure plans
      • Upgrade to campus vpn
      • replacing the wired network from the routers to the wall ports
      • phone systems-IST wants to see more departments outside of IT to use Lync
      • noted demand for metrics of new version of RT (currently reports not available for RT4)

    • Bob is a member of the Board of Governor's IT committee. Next meeting will be in April. Committee is still at the "information gathering" stage

      • has begun to work on the Staff Rollover project. Thirty staff members are eligible for new computers; expected installation is the month of April.

    • Last of the Artsfile users moved

    • Upgraded artsresearch from 10.04 to 12.04 and finally to 14.04. GRUB broke and Apache configs needed mods.

      • user had upgraded to Yosemite
        -had to decrypt the drive 
    • Perl modules installed on watarts for Psych
    • Patched and rebooted artsltsp, cogito, artsstore1.
    • Added memory to aco-esxi-1
      • can be used for testing and development

    • Web Advisory Comm - UWAT.CA url shortener in beta for use in social media
    • Working with Paul Cegys in Drama to find a suitable video editing config to spend their funds. (both Barb & Herbert)
    • Installed print drivers for Beth Coleman in the English department.
    • Ana Ferrer in the economics dept should now have a local privileged account to update STATA
    • Setup email for Kayla Mckinnon in economics, she had multiple accounts and was having password prompts every time she used outlook.
    • Migrated files from old laptop to new laptop for Ann Marie Rasmussen in GSS
    • Discussed the rollover project with the coops.
    • Implementing requested features for OFAS
    • Worked with Madeline to help a Grad Student who was having a peculiar problem in MS Word. A document that he was working on would always crash MS Word, but it would only happen on a Mac.

    • cas disabled SSLv3, broke ruby-cas authentication on 10.04 (artsvaction, meeting_agenda), ruby complied on 10.04 refused to do tls, fine on 14.04

    • SCCM - move all grad labs and sessionals to SCCM deployment of Common Apps by this Friday
    • SCCM - move all staff to SCCM deployment of Psych Common Apps up[dated with latest version of Flash and Java (Java later today)
