    • Rollover computer orders up-to-date with one left outstanding

    • Met with Angela Carter yesterday and found out the issue was that her computer does not recognize the usb ethernet adapter. She probably needs the latest driver installed. However the adapter worked on Mavericks without installing any other drivers, so I encouraged her to update to the latest version of OSX instead.

    • Naila from drama is having issues printing, I installed the printer from the managed software update but it keeps asking for credentials. She's using OSX 10.7.5 so we installed Mavericks and I'll be checking with her again sometime this week.

    • Assisted Komal in cleaning up and installing Windows 8.1 on a tablet.

    • Fine tuning OFAS and trying to find as much bugs as I could before SAF uses it for their recruitment.

    • MPS system failure - replaced

    • Disk in aco-esxi-2 failed. That server is out of warranty so I purchased a disk and replaced the failed hard drive. Rebuild has been completed.

      • ​​Suggestion to purchase an additional server disk to have on hand in case of future failures.

      • Moves to our new servers are in progress.

    • ​Possible gift in kind may be hampered by lack of VRAM on our local student Macs

    • Arts uPrint printers back on line.

      • ​​problems with print trays and not on-line

    • Replacement Mac DeployStudio / ProfileManager server installed in PAS 1009a

      • ​​Transfer of services will begin shortly.​

    • Coops now have a USB key with Mac installers for most department printers

      •  I'll look for a convenient online site for these packages.

    • EC1 (formerly BB1) network access for Arts on 129.97.240.0/23 for Games Institute, 30 dynamic on it currently
