    • Assisted Scott in setting up 3 laptops for St Pauls

    • Setup a machine in HH236 for Pat Shaw in Economics

    • Added local admin account for Gil Lesperance in Drama

    • Also in Drama, helped Naila Keleta-Mae setup her printers and loaned her a thunderbolt to vga adapter.

    • Tim Paci's coop student reported dialog boxes from symantec keeps popping up, checked the logs and there were infected files that have been removed. Informed the user that if the warnings keep coming up we might just have to re-image the machine

    • Removed adobe reader for Linda Carson and thanks to Scott her acrobat pro is deployed again

    • Worked with Todd in setting up eduroam and printing for a grad student in ML and a professor. After connecting to eduroam there was no connectivity at all, I thought it was the AUP but Keith found out it wasn't even implemented anymore. When they tried to connect outside ML they were able to connect, and going back to ML they maintained their connection.

    • Thunderbird, Firefox, Chrome, Flash updated for Macs, Acrobat update pushed back until 15th by Adobe

    • Plan for migration of machines from artsvc to artsvc2

    • Migrated ape-cml as a test, takes approx. 3hours for a 300GB virtual machine to transfer using netcat/gzip
      ​-Downtime for nxsarts and watarts
      -two machines vc are no longer under warranty​
      -moving to different subnet

    • AUO front desk machine lost power, corrupted file system, lost firefox/chrome, multiple thunderbirds, fixed with 2 chkdsk's and MS fix it tool for removing software that refuses to uninstall.
