About this course
This session covers risk management from the project manager's perspective and in the context of the University. Participants will learn the steps to managing risk. University risk-related policies will be discussed as well as institutional risks. This interactive session will answer your risk-related questions and may lead you to develop a new perspective on risk.
Pre-requisite: It is highly recommended that participants take Introduction to Project Management prior to this workshop.
