Organic Chemistry Laboratory
The laboratory course is meant to supplement the CHEM 266 lecture, and it is composed of five experiments demonstrating basic organic syntheses and laboratory techniques. Topics include acid-base chemistry, substitution reactions, liquid-liquid extraction, product isolation, and purification. The experiments are conducted in person, every other week.
