Awards of up to $500 are provided annually to outstanding students registered as a Theatre and Performance Major. In addition, there are several awards to recognize Theatre and Performance students' achievements in different areas.
- The William Chadwick Book Prize award is presented to the student achieving the highest grade in DRAMA 400 or 410.
- The Robin Atchison Prize is presented to a student who has made an exceptional overall contribution to the intellectual, creative, and collegial life of the Theatre and Performance program.
- The Lloy Coutts Acting Prize is presented to a student at any level who has exhibited exceptional discipline, insight, ability, and collaborative participation as a performer.
- The Technical Theatre Prize award is presented to a student who has exhibited exceptional discipline, insight, ability, and collaborative participation in stagecraft and theatre production.
- The Jocelyne Sobeski Prize award is presented to a student who has demonstrated exceptional ability and creativity in costuming and wardrobe skills.
