R 3.0 Conference

We are pleased to invite members of the WICI community to join the R 3.0 Conference—Braiding Bioregional Resilience & Regeneration: Learning to Reinhabit Earth Together.

What is the R 3.0 Conference, and why attend?

This 12th international R 3.0 Conference brings together regenerative thinkers and practitioners worldwide, focusing deeply on bioregioning—the place-based practice of resilience and regeneration. The theme honors Indigenous and non‑Indigenous wisdom, inspired by Braiding Sweetgrass, and advances a holistic, “bioregional fractal consciousness” approach to learning and action. Expect immersive sessions including global convening, knowledge commoning, co‑governance, and collective sense‑making to deeply engage both intellect and emotion.

Participants will:

• Expand networks across academic, governance, community, and regenerative sectors.
• Deepen understanding of collapse-aware resilience and collaborative, place-grounded responses.
• Engage in safe, open spaces for sense-making and emergent potential.
• Clarify your own regenerative role in bioregional and global resilience movements
