To follow provincial emergency orders to close non-essential businesses, we have now closed all academic buildings.
Unfortunately, over the last week or more, we have seen small numbers of people gathering in groups larger than five people in spaces and buildings that were open. Practising physical distancing is a responsibility that the University is taking seriously.
We know that COVID-19 is having a significant effect on your University experience. You can expect to continue your studies with the University of Waterloo and be extremely proud of what you achieve.
