Award description:
This scholarship has been established by a gift of Joyce Sinclair (B.Math. 1976, C&O) and Bill Sinclair (B.Sc. 1976, Physics). Scholarships are awarded annually, if suitable candidates exist, to full-time graduate students in Combinatorics and Optimization who have demonstrated excellence in academic and/or research work. Values of the scholarships and recipients will be determined annually by the Chair of the Department of Combinatorics and Optimization in consultation with the departmental graduate committee. The terms of this award may be redefined should the department determine a need to do so.
