Waterloo will host top national semicondutor conference

From August 20 to 24, the University will welcome more than 150 top researchers, graduate students and industry representatives to campus as the Faculties of Engineering and Science host the 18thCanadian Semiconductor Science and Technology Conference (CSSTC). This is the first time that Waterloo will be hosting the CSSTC, which over the last 35 years has established itself as one of the most important platforms for Canadian scientists and engineers working in the field of semiconductors.

Professors Zbigniew Wailewski and Dayan Ban from the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering have organized this conference and will be joined by colleagues from Australia, China, India, Japan, Sweden, and the USA.
