The University of Waterloo’s School of Environment, Resources and Sustainability (SERS) holds bi-weekly salons in fall and winter terms for our graduate students, faculty and staff. The salon sessions aim to create a sense of community within the department of SERS. Each session contains two presenters talking for 30 minutes on anything they would like: research, fieldwork, recent trips, conference presentations, and any other ideas they may have.
