This workshop is designed for instructors who are curious about integrating climate justice into their courses. Climate justice seeks to understand and address the injustices and inequities that arise from climate change. Courses across disciplines can find connections to climate justice as it is an intersectional and transdisciplinary field. In this workshop, participants will engage in an experiential and reflective learning activity, adapted from Monocultures of the Mind, to explore reductionist and transdisciplinary thinking. Participants will also gain practical tools and resources to integrate climate justice into their courses with dedicated time to apply these tools to their own courses. 

We will spend 15 minutes outdoors, so please dress for the weather.

The Fall Spring General Meeting is December 7 at 12:00 in DC 1351 and will be held in-person, with a remote attendance option available.

The Lecturers Committee will be hosting its winter 2022 town hall meeting on Thursday, March 24 from 2:30–4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to all lecturers and is a forum to discuss concerns related to working conditions, Policy 76/77 developments, contract renewals, and more.
