Artwork by Sherry Czekus and Steven Restagno showing figures walking and crouching figure
Former Fine Arts students Sherry Czekus (BA 2010) and Steven Restagno (BA 2019) are both featured in the online exhibition Face Value at the Robert Langen Art Gallery at Laurier.  Face Value is part of the Lift series of exhibitions and will be held in conjunction with the Reconnection exhibition.

Face Value artists Sherry Czekus, Lynne Gaetz and Steven Restnago push the boundaries of the figurative art form to introduce viewers to the complexities of human interaction, female empowerment and questions surrounding sexual identity. The diversity of each art practice and execution brings a fresh outlook on how we see the beauty of portraiture.

There is a free public Zoom opening reception for the Face Value and Reconnection exhibitions on Wednesday, January 10 from 4-5 p.m.  Registration is required for this event.
