Fine Arts students in the 2017 Fresh Paint / New Construction exhibition in Art Mûr.

The annual Fresh Paint / New Construction exhibition showcases the best in painting and sculpture from Canadian university students.  This year forty-four emerging artists were selected from twelve institutions including: the Alberta College of Art and Design, University of Regina, University of Manitoba, University of Waterloo, York Univeristy, OCAD University, University of Ottawa, Concordia University, UQAM, Bishop’s University, Université Laval, and NSCAD University.

The Univeristy of Waterloo's Fine Arts department is well represented by Yasmeen Nematt Alla, Danielle Bennett, Sana Faheemuddin, Melika Hashemi, Jess Lincoln, Eryn ONeill and Denise St Marie & Timothy Walker (Time and Desire - a collective).

The exhibition runs from July 15 – August 26, 2017 at Art Mûr, Montreal.
