Examining the effects of high-and low- intensity exercise on cognitive function (tested via computer tasks) and mood. |
Participant requirements |
18-30 years of age, physically active (exercise 30+ mins/day, 3x week), no heart, muscular or neurological conditions. |
Length of time of study | 1.5-2 hours per session, 3 sessions total |
Other information |
Participants will be entered into a draw to win a $50 gift card from either: Sobey's, Walmart, Tim Horton's or Starbucks. Parking and/or travel (i.e. bus fare) costs will also be reimbursed. |
