#GRADimpact: Jyler Menard, master’s student in Computational Mathematics builds community by organizing UWaterloo’s first physics hackathon.

Jyler, a master’s student in Computational Mathematics, is always keen on improving student support in his community. After participating in a physics-themed hackathon in Montreal on a previous co-op term, he sought to bring something similar to #UWaterloo. Working with other Waterloo students, Jyler helped to organize Schrodinger’s Hack, Waterloo’s first physics hackathon.
