Environment: Pallabi Chakraborty (Social and Ecological Sustainability)

Pallabi Chakraborty is a first-year master’s student in Environmental Studies who is currently crafting herresearch thesis. Pallabi is investigating the Vulnerability to Viability (V2V) Global Partnership to support small-scale fisheries. More specifically, she will be studying the development, piloting, and testing of mobile/web applications of the V2V Information system. Pallabi will be travelling to India in Spring 2024 to collect and analyze data in the field. She is excited to focus wholeheartedly on collecting valuable data to contribute meaningfully to the field of environmental studies and social and ecological sustainability.

Graduate Student International Experience award funds are available to University of Waterloo graduate students who participate in:
