Dr. Derick Wood Graduate Scholarship in Computer Science

A scholarship valued at $2,000 - $10,000 awarded annually to full-time graduate students enrolled in the Master's/Doctoral program in the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science in the Faculty of Mathematics on the basis of scholastic excellence and evidence of research potential, as indicated by publications and letters of reference. Preference will be given to PhD students and to students whose research area is Algorithms and Complexity. It is renewable and open to both Canadian and international students holding a student visa. This fund is made possible by the donations of family, friends and colleagues in memory of Derick Wood.
