The Office of Indigenous Relations (OIR) would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to the UWaterloo Indigenous campus community.
This event is exclusively for all current Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) students, staff, and faculty.
Dinner will be provided at no cost. Please submit any dietary restrictions by November 25th. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available. We are happy to welcome your +1 and children! Please submit a complete registration form for each guest. There is no formal dress code -- come as you are! A photo booth and photographer will be available throughout the evening to capture memories.
This gathering is a gala style dinner rather than a traditional feast, but it will still include smudging and an openings by an Elder and the Student Drum Circle. This is a time for all of us to connect, celebrate, and end the term and year in a good way. Big appetites and belly-laughs are encouraged!
Please note: We will not be organizing the gift exchange this year.
