Some Issues Persisted after 5:30 PM 

It has come to our attention that some users experienced difficulty accessing the system and received 500 errors when trying invoke certain tools within the environment after the 5:30 PM update. Apparently, those issues are now resolved.

Waterloo LEARN will be down from 1:00 AM until 7:00 AM EST on Sunday, March 10, 2013 for site maintenance.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Resolved - File Uploading (submission) and Email Issues

We have just discovered that attempting to send email from Waterloo LEARN will generated errors and is unsuccessful.  In addition, uploading and downloading files, which includes submitting to a dropbox and importing grades, is not working properly.  These issues have been reported to D2L and they are working on getting both issues resolved as quickly as possible.  The vendor apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

Internet Explorer 10 not supported

Internet Explorer 10 is not supported by Desire2Learn and should not be used to access Waterloo LEARN. We recommend you install a supported version of Firefox or Internet Explorer to reduce the issues you may encounter.
