The degradation of service on Waterloo LEARN has been resolved and the system appears to be stable. The vendor apologizes for any inconvenience.

We are presently experiencing degradation of service on Waterloo LEARN. The vendor has been notified and we hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. We recommend that, if possible, users wait until we have confirmation that the system is stable before taking a quiz etc.
