The Ontario Geological Survey map series shows geological features for Ontario at a variety of scales. Common scales available are 1: 250,000, and 1 million and 1:2 million. Digital coverage is also available. Please see our resource guide to the digital version of the OGS maps. The Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources also provides an online source of digital geological data for download.
The Geospatial Centre has complete coverage of Ontario at the scale of 1:250,000.
All paper copies of the OGS maps can be found in the OGS vertical map cabinet, as well as in the folded map section, Geospatial Centre.
