"The week before last we had a special visitor to the reading room. On the left is the niece of Herbert Odd whose sketchbooks we house in SC&A. She came to see them while in Waterloo from Montreal." Photo submitted by Jessica Blackwell.

A few weeks ago Special Collections had grades 1-4 from Prueter Public School (Including Tim’s kids!) come as part of a class trip. Last week they received these adorable thank you cards from some of the students! Photo submitted by Jessica Blackwell.

Andrew More

"The Cataloguing Department welcomes our new MLIS co-op student from Western University, Andrew More.Originally from Mississauga, Andrew moved to Connecticut to complete a PhD in Religious Studies at Yale University. His thesis focuses on statements relating to the lay community in early Jain texts. With just one more semester of his MLIS to go, Andrew is enjoying his time working at the Library. When he’s not cataloguing, Andrew likes reading, going for walks, and listening to music." Photo submitted by Meredith Fischer.
