Viola Halder "went to an archery competition on Saturday and Waterloo came in first place out of 10 universities. I placed 2nd in the novice category. Not bad for my first competition, right?" Photo submitted by Viola Halder.
Susan Lancsak writes, "On Tuesday I was at Western, interviewing prospective co-op students. After the interviews I met three of Cataloguing Department’s former co-op students: Christina, Vivian and Ashley. We spent a good time together talking about library and private matters. We didn’t notice the time flying by. We took pictures of what Ashley called the 'co-op club.'" Photo submitted by Susan Lancsak.

The University of Waterloo acknowledges that much of our work takes place on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our main campus is situated on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that includes six miles on each side of the Grand River. Our active work toward reconciliation takes place across our campuses through research, learning, teaching, and community building, and is co-ordinated within the Office of Indigenous Relations.
