"My fiancé, Matt, and I tore ourselves away from the beach just long enough to enjoy frozen yogurt in Bayfield this weekend," notes Rachel McNeil.

"This past weekend I was preparing and installing the debut show for my studio space, Waterlight Studios at Café Pyrus!" reports Carmen Peters. Shots show her in studio examining the work and some pieces installed in the space. Carmen invites library staff to the opening of the exhibition Waterlight Studios Presents: Enuma Elish, on Friday, July 18, 7–10 pm at Café Pyrus. Submitted by Carmen.

Sara Perkins writes, "So far this week we've: visited the botanical gardens, gone to the beach, tried a few beers and caught some bands in Buffalo...it's been blissful!"  Submitted by Sara.
