Bell Let's Talk is Thursday, January 28 and we're joining in to help drive progress in mental health. Nearly 200 universities and colleges from across Canada will be participating in the world's largest mental health conversation and helping drive Bell's donations to mental health programs in Canada. Online puzzles
Take a break and do an online puzzle. Puzzling reduces stress by occupying and engaging the mind to create a sense of calm and serenity (SPBH.org, 2017). As a puzzle is pieced together, external worries and stress decreases as the mind focuses on an activity that is both meditative and satisfying. (https://bit.ly/3ca9OnX.)
