Help desk (technical support)

Get technical support with using the public computers, printers, photocopiers/scanners, and more at the Information Systems & Technology service desks in Davis Centre and Dana Porter libraries.

Advanced technical support (network connectivity, operating system and hardware troubleshooting, virus removal, software installation and University of Waterloo Identity and Access Management (WatIAM) support) is also available.
