• March: kick-off of implementation phase
• May and June: testing data

Get set:

• July 22 to 26: workflow training in Orillia
• August to December: local workflow development and training

• November 17 to December 9: freeze on local edits to data (circulation activities can continue)
• December 10: go live with Alma/Primo!
