Top-down signs of support (e.g. acknowledging open educational practices in tenure and promotion) are rare; bottom-up activism feels like an uphill battle. Can anything be done? In this webinar, panelists will identify signs of progress and discuss where open educators might best concentrate their efforts to make a difference in institutional policy.
