Brok Laschowski and Keaton Inkol awarded Waterloo Engineering Excellence PhD Fellowships
Brok Laschowski and Keaton Inkol have each been awarded the University of Waterloo Engineering Excellence PhD Fellowship, valued at $120,000. Both students also hold Canada-wide doctoral scholarships from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). Keaton’s research focuses on model-based control of human-exoskeleton balance and Brok’s research focuses on visual perception and environment-adaptive control of robotic systems using deep learning.
