Waterloo Regional Police Service have received a “Missing Person” report from the parents, in Kazakhstan, of former University of Waterloo Student: Mr. Ayan BAIZHUKENOV.
At this time, there is reason to believe that Mr. BAIZHUKENOV is still within the City of Waterloo.
